- Insurance/hotline reimbursement:
- Modified trips (change of dates or fewer travel days with documentation) – refundable less 5% transaction fee
- Complete cancellations incur a $25 fee per person (administrative cost) once a policy is issued . An additional 5% transaction fee may apply. If the policy has not yet been issued only the 5% transaction fee will apply
- Cancellations after the beginning of coverage will be refunded less the days already covered and less $25 per person administrative fee. An additional 5% transaction fee may apply
2. Assistance with Entry Form and Document Filing:
- Refundable prior to receipt of documents by our office (less 5% transaction fee)
- 80% refundable once documents have been received by our office, but prior to initiation of filing (less 5% transaction fee)
- Non-refundable once filing with MOH has been initiated
3. Assistance with Exemption from Quarantine, Green Pass or Vaccination Certificate:
- Refundable prior to initiation of filing process (less 5% transaction fee)
- Non-refundable once filing with MOH has been initiated
4. PCR testing:
- For cancelled tests prior to 24 hours before test time – refundable less 5% administrative fee
- For tests cancelled within 24 hours – 15% refundable
- For no-shows at scheduled PCR test locations – non-refundable
