Hemochromatosis is a disease that causes iron overload and is labeled as the most common genetic disease among Caucasians.

Additionally, donating blood has a very strong effect on one’s mental health. When one donates blood, they are saving someone’s life and giving them something they desperately need. This is great for people who suffer from depression because it causes one to have a great sense of gratification. It can also help those who suffer from anxiety because donating blood causes one’s blood pressure to lower, which causes one to relax.
